They define how we relate to each other and all living things in a generous course without limitations of space and time. Next to our current masculine politics and governance structures we need growing parallel feminist systems that can lead to a balance between men and women. Only when genders are equally valued, trusted and considered as wise leaders, can we say we live in a democratic and free landscape. And by looking at the world, the world we see when we observe it, there is no doubt that we desperately need feminine powers.

EIFFF started as a response to an ongoing frustration among women and other genders that feel excluded from decision making and future solutions. The institute will gather forces, share knowledge, inspire for change and support those who might feel lonely in their research or work towards gender neutrality.

We are a constantly and organically changing organisation and always welcome ideas on how we might be better, be more humble, be more radical, be more inclusive or more caring.
